What if I change my mind and don’t want the product after buying it?
When you purchase online you have the right to return the product within a specific time frame. This is known as the “cooling off” period. You are given 15 days after receipt of the good to make a final decision whether or not to keep the product. If you choose to return the good you are liable for the cost.

Goods need to be in original packaging and in a saleable condition (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). If the book is returned in perfect condition (undamaged and unmarked), we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

If we have sent you the wrong item in error we will cover the postage costs.
